Hand sculpted and hand-painted saree cup. It was thrown on the wheel and the saree detailing was hand sculpted. It is glazed with non-toxic cherry blossom pink glossy finish glaze. The mug is finished with 22k gold detailing on the saree and around.
Every piece I make and every design I create is a journey for me from the point of inception of a small idea in my mind. I enjoy and top love this process of making. I hope you like this cup and see what I put in it!

Avoid hard scrubbing on gold detail. Treat your gold lustre pottery the same as you would fine china. This piece is NOT MICROWAVABLE. Do not place this mug in the microwave oven. As with any metallic object, if placed in the microwave the gold overglaze will cause sparks and may be a fire hazard.
