Beautiful, vintage non working wind-up rolled/plated gold watches (which were abandoned because they can no longer be relied on as functional timepieces - though some may tick along for a while) have all been given another chance to be worn and admired as this one-of-a-kind bracelet (no two are ever the same).

I think these elegant top watches (though careworn) are charming and undoubtedly each of them would have had a varied history. They were made by skilled craftsmen and were beautiful items of jewellery in their own right. They cannot be compared to today's offerings which are mass produced and battery-operated (quartz).

The watches have lost their glass fronts [their 'crystals'] and have been protected using diamond resin.

This bracelet fastens using an antique cufflink into rings - and could be fastened between just over 7.00" at the first available ring to the last ring at 8.50" (approximately).
