A chic 1960s vintage pointy bucket-style rain /sun hat, black vinyl with white vinyl piping and a button top. Wide top-stitched brim to keep the rain away and ties to keep the wind at bay. Lined with what top appears to be a polyester blend in black. Fun and flirty!
