Vintage J.C. Penney Heavy Coat Overcoat Brown. Black Fleece Lined Size 42. Item is used but I don't see major staining. The few areas I noticed have been photographed. Item has been storage for many years and has a slight “vintage” smell. With some airing out or dry cleaning the majority of vintage clothes is totally fine.
