Top Holiday Velveteen Dress

This is a Holiday velveteen dress with vintage dot swiss. It is a size 3. The bodice is lined with red fabric and velveteen on the outside. Has a lace bow that can be removed. The bow accents top the other lace on the dress. It looks even prettier with a necklace without the lace bow. Has puff sleeves with lace trim.The red velveteen tie goes around the waist. It is removable. The rest of the dress has dot swiss with two large ruffles. There is a red under slip that is attached. I am limited on this vintage dot swiss. It is hard to find. The measurements are 23 inch waist and 20 inches long. Measures 8 1/2 inches from the shoulder to the wait. Bust measurement across is 11 inches. This would be great for the holiday season.
