Used vintage condition. Was definitely loved and played with. Some scratching and discoloration to paint. Bottom is scuffed. Wheels discoloring in places. Rusting and such possible in places. Wheels turn but some feel a little wobbly. Missing one arm. One arm reaches up to the gear shift and that arm is gone.
