Vintage Watercolor wall art top of pansies signed J. Andrews '95 ~ Wall Decor

Vintage watercolor painting, of bright spring pansies. It is signed J. Andrews, unknown artist dated 1995. There is no issue with the painting but there are some dings on the frame, little bit of gold paint will brush those dings away. If you prefer I can touch up those dings, I do not take it upon myself to do that, I know sometimes you'd like a piece ready to hang.
