The painting is signed E.P.P to the lower left corner and also labeled Edith P. Parsons to the reverse. Excellent vintage condition. She titled her painting “Spring is Here- Vermont”. The painting is in a heavy solid oak frame ready to hang. Smoke and pet free home.
