Vintage 1970’s top Maxi Dress, Tank Style Elastic Bodice, Navy and White, Red Flowers

The perfect 1970's summer maxi dress, nice stretchy elastic top, white strappy shoulders, ankle length skirt. Navy and white background with big bright red flowers and green leaves. 50” long from shoulder strap to hem. top 7.5” shoulder straps, elastic bodice stretches to 18” across easily. Skirt flares out to 24” under bodice. Lounge ware by JC Penney, marked size extra small. Wonderful condition, no stains or holes. Really cute. Awesome festival dress!
