Original mid 1950s era Staunton Military Academy of Virginia uniform includes 2x pants / jacket / and garrison hat with patch emblem
SMI locates in Virginia close in the 1970s and a few famous alumni like Phil Ochs, folk singer .. and Barry Goldwater among others
Named D.W. Prade ..
Hat with patch and names inside .. shows light wear .. marked size 6 7/8 sticker ripped in half .. shown on vintage size 22 medium mannequin head
Pants with Tag feature Conmar Zipper front .. extra room at leg openings to take out .. size tag inside labeled waist 26” inseam 29” .. button waist closure .. front coin pocket .. two back open pockets .. written Prade inside .. light soiling spots .. couple minor holes back top leg
Belted jacket features patches US ROTC and SMI shoulder patch with label inside as well as measurements label 32 Long inside pocket .. button front with four front single button flap pockets

Overall condition is good for age .. faint soiling .. a couple minor holes hard to see .. along with other uniforms stored in trunk since the 1960s .. could use some airing out
