Buttons up the front. Could work great open as a kimono duster as well. Flare sleeves or you can roll them up in short sleeves and fasten. Tassel and bell drawstring waist. Bought this new in 2017 for $170 and haven't worn her so I'm hoping this summer she will see some sun. Love Tulle & Batiste and have been buying them for years. Super high quality and soft rayon. Used to sew for Spell and the Gypsy. Would be amazing for a festivals, vacations, anytime! Happy to answer any questions :) Measurements coming soon but ask if you need top them asap.
