This Brilliant White Milk Glass Lamp reminds me of everything Westmoreland but, I can't find a marking. No Chips or cracks and there is no lamp shade. It stands 28 inches high to the finial top and 15 inches to top of white top glass portion and base is 4 2/4 square.
