This item is shipped from Greece via Hellenic Post (ELTA) as "Registered Airmail" which provides you with a tracking number. I send you the tracking number and you can track your item at www.elta.gr. (There is an English version). Please note that a tracking number minimizes the possibility of item loss.
Items are shipped in a bubble wrap envelope to your ETSY ADDRESS unless you message me otherwise in an organza gift bag. Before placing an order please check your country's duty policies because any duty or custom fees that may apply on the items are at your expense.

I ship within 1-3 business days, Europe 3-6 business days, all other countries 7-20 days depending on the season, weather, etc.

Refunds and Exchanges:
