Early 1920's black cloche in black satin and grosgrain.
An early cloche that sits snugly on my top 21” head.
The hat is mainly satin with a small wired brim that tapers to nothing centre back.
The origami styled folding of crown the detail is superb.
Panels of satin and grosgrain have been expertly pleated and tucked around the crown.
The interior is lined in black.
The interior is lined with a black rayon liner stamped with the brand name .
The brand is very early Jacoll, the company was founded in 1917, and this is probably very early 20's the construction being more formal than later versions.
This will fit a 21"
