This is a charcuterie board made from live edge Spalted Sycamore wood that was harvested locally from Fairfax county Virginia. I was able to save some pieces of beautiful wood that were meant for the firewood pile, and milled this down to a piece of functional art. Present your guests with delicious snacks on this one of a kind charcuterie board. The pictures do not do this piece justice! The top light reflects off of the beautiful grain and spalting patterns in this wood. I added some food safe acrylic to some of the holes that were in the wood, making it totally unique
This piece was sealed in food safe mineral oil and a light coat of beeswax. Measurements are roughly 12" x 9" x 1"
