This Authentic shipwreck reproduction coin is made of solid silver, including a portion of genuine Atocha silver. The silver used from the Atocha is from a silver bar recovered off the famous shipwreck found by Mel Fisher and his crew in 1985. This pendant comes with a Certificate of Authenticity for the portion of the silver bar used. This Spanish Galleon sank in September of 1622 just off the coast of Key West Florida and is approaching its 400 year anniversary this year!
