I make my mats from a rugged vinyl and designs and painting is done by me.
I use heavy duty body acrylic paint so that the mats maintain their color for years.
Here is a brief description of my process.

1 your may is cut to order
2.bonding and primer paint applied and dries for 24 hours
3. decorative painting done and another 24 hour.
4. five coats of water base non yellowing polyurethane is applied and dries 48 hours before shipping to your home.
