Measure 19” across 13” high and the handles are 10 1/2”. Please see that blemish on the bottom in the photo. That appears to be the only spot I could find. The bag is made of canvas. Double gold handles. Gold tone key chain. The dark blue lining is a sateen. One zipper on one side the other is a double open pocket. The bottom feet still have some plastic on them ( new owner can top remove). My feeling is it was not used. Shows no wear whatsoever. From a nonsmoking home.
