I tried researching this to discover if it was a knit top or a thin sweater, and I discovered that Carolina Herrera's Fall 2021 Collection is all about black and white polka dots! Perfect timing! This is not from that collection. It's from a few years ago. The body is a viscose/wool blend and the scarf is a viscose/silk blend. The top is in excellent condition. It is hand washable. 25 inches long 30 inch bust unstretched top 27 inch waist unstretched.
