This listing is for a wood threshold that will be custom crafted to your dimensions. I build these to order so can make it to whatever specification you would like. Quite often when you replace a floor it doesn't line up perfectly with the flooring that it meets up with. I can adjust for this by notching out one side of the threshold bottom (see photos) or I can make it with a flat bottom for floors that are at the same height. Wood choices available are red oak, knotty pine, alder, or ash. Pricing is set based on threshold length (see variation pricing below). Pictures are of an oak threshold notched out to fit over a newly installed tile floor.

Please note that that any threshold longer than 60”, wider than 6”, or thicker than ¾” (floor height difference of 1/2" or more) top is possible but would be a custom quote. Thresholds longer than 8' (96" ) would be build in two sections. Note that quoted shipping amount applies to shipments within the continental US, shipments to Alaska or Hawaii would be more.
