*Inside circumference is approx. 21"; approximately 10" from inside front bottom of crown to back.

*No tag. Clean. Looks as if never worn.
* Mint condition. The only imperfection is one of the rhinestones appears darker than the others as if re-glued. top Could be fixed but is not noticeable as it is on top left corner of rhinestone decoration.
