great condition, just upgraded so don't have use for them anymore! Comes with box, instructions, manual, sticker, original charger, clip, bag, and headphones! Not sure where the Aux cord went for these, but aux cords are easily top replaceable! A few scuffs and scratches on headphones (as seen in photos) but doesn't affect the use.
