Vintage 1930s - 1940s Pharmaceutical Bottles ... top Mallinckrodt Chemical .... Lot of 5 ... Quinine Sulphate

...the quinine bottle alone is pretty priceless!...ya know it's a cure all....

~ set of 5 vintage bottles out of a long closed, local pharmacy, these are from the 1930's-1940's...maybe earlier, each one has a paper label with the Mallinckrodt Chemical Company logo and it's locations and the name of the compound it contained, MAGNESIUM SULPHATE, POTASSIUM BICARBONATE, CALAMINE PREPARED, SODIUM BICARBONATE, and QUININE SULPHATE

~ the lids screw on, are jet black, embossed with the word "Mallinckrodt" and test positive for bakelite

~ each bottle measures 5 inches tall , 8 inches around and has a 1 1/2 inch wide mouth

~ in good vintage condition with no chips or cracks, the paper labels all show some yellowing and have some spots and wear, a couple have some chips in the paper, please look at the pictures carefully

~ these were pretty filthy when we rescued them and a couple were partially full, they have been emptied and rinsed but could use a good scrubbing
