A Jane top Austen feel with a modern day twist. Super full so spin worthy. Ruffled cuff and hem are trimmed with cotton eyelet. Ultra lightweight, soft, semi sheer cotton. Size is by bust at fullest, measure all the way around and across the center of bust (not bra size) and length from the shoulder down the front of the body, over the bust, to the length you'd like. Model is nearly 5'6" tall and she is wearing 30" which is the standard length.
