This is an easy to wear light weight necklace. I've used artisan ceramic beads / pendant which have been threaded onto Irish waxed linen cord of a rich brown hue. Above and below most of the top beads are matte rich brown glass seed beads. Most of the beads were made by Nadia and 2 handcrafted spheres come from South Africa. The necklace has an adjustable length by means of carefully easing the side knots evenly along - either towards the nape or down towards the pendant - this gives the shorter 'drop' of 11" equating to a 22" necklace. Moving the knots up towards the nape gives the longer 'drop' of 18" equating to a 36" necklace thus making this a pop over the head to wear necklace. I would suggest leaving at least 1" between the knots when near the nape as this gives far easier movement of the knots when the necklace needs to be re-adjusted. Images 2 & 3 show the necklace at the shorter length. Images 5 & 6 show the necklace at the longer 'drop' length. The completed piece weighs 23.7 grams.

Avoid getting jewellery wet. I would advise against using perfumes and lotions which could come
into contact with the jewellery. Not forgetting also that if ceramic and glass components fall onto a hard surface there is the risk of it/them breaking.
