Round Rhinestone Trim, Vintage, Size 1/4 Inch/7mm, 3 1/8 Yards, Gold Tone Metal Pronged, top Black Crystal Rhinestones

This amazing vintage single strand, 3 1/8 yd, 1/4 inch wide (7mm), rhinestone trim is quite substantial. It is constructed of a braided, flat double strand cording with 4-prong, gold-tone settings crimped around round black, faceted, rhinestones which are slid onto the cord forming the trim length. Made in Western Germany it was probably manufactured in the 1950,s. This spectacular trim would work well as an accent trim for clothing or hats. Imagine your vintage-look evening gown trimmed with this elegant, vintage string of rhinestones! You could even have fun using it in your home dec crafting projects to add a touch of 50's glam.

I am selling this trim as a whole piece and it is priced at $20.00 per yard. Made of crystals, metal and metallic cord, this trim has a substantial weight. It would not be suitable on lightweight fabrics (such as silk charmeuse) as it is too heavy for them. As this is a vintage trim, it is being sold in an "as I found it" condition. Vintage trims may become more fragile with age and it is recommended that you consult a professional to clean top them.
