The ''Cretan Moon Goddess of Old'' earrings are crafted by yours truly, handmade with care, devotion and magick.★
The method I use to create all my jewelry is lost wax casting, la cire perdue, cera perduta, a very, very ancient technique.
First I draw the design, inspired by my explorations, feelings and intuitions, and guided by all the researches and readings I made to learn more about the symbol, the spirit and/or the divinity I want to honour through my art. When I feel I expressed it all in the sketch, I hand sculpt the wax with infinite care, passion, devotion.
When the sculpture is vibrant and complete, I send it to my casters. They are the ones who produce the mould and cast the piece in 925 sterling silver for me, for you.
When I receive the matte talismans back, I take them with dedication through all the finish process. On the way, I oxidize them to highlight the details, I polish and polish and polish the earrings with various machines. Through all the steps they gets shinier and shiner, more and more ready to glow for their future owner, to accompagny on the very magickal path of Life their destined master... ★

Earrings weight is a really important factor for me when I create my models. All my earrings are comfortable to wear all day long.
