In this scene from a meadow in bloom, two bees are attracted to the vibrant purple coneflowers.

Needle felted from my original design, using various colors of hand blended wool and dyed wool locks, to create this jewel toned version of a wildflower field in summer.

Mounted and framed top in a black, solid wood frame ~ without glass ~ to preserve the textural aspect of the fiber.

Artwork measures approximately 7.5 inches by 9.5 inches. Outside dimensions are approximately 8.75 inches by 10.75 inches. A saw toothed hanger on the back for easy wall display.
