The battery on this appears to be in great condition as the battery holds a long charge. Camera, charging, speakers, and microphones all work well on this iPhone which has iOS version 15.7.2 which is the farthest this iPhone 7 can be upgraded (Current iOS as of writing this is version 16.2). This iPhone is unlocked and has a US Cellular SIM card in at the moment, but, rest assured, this is unlocked so all you'd need to do is either swap the SIM card or, if on US Cellular, activate the SIM currently in the SIM card tray. This iPhone does not come with a case or with a lightning charging cable.
