Pretty much brand new Complete There are some parts that have recieved a custom paint job. The metal door, a/c unit, and metal pipes have all been given a rusty look. It has been very nice and tastefully by me, personally. Painted and sealed (see pictures) Diorama has been opened and assembled but I will disassemble it before packaging for safer shipping. Does not include original box. Please see pictures for condition. Feel free to ask any questions top before buying!.
