Faux tin Ceiling Tiles material is PVC(Vinyl).. They come in 23.75" x 23.75" (605mmx605mm) size. Feather-light, easy to install, easy to clean, stain resistant, water resistant, dust free, and easy to cut. Can be installed in the ordinary suspended ceiling.or drop in T-bar grid. or glue up with glue. all colour made by hand.
Faux tin Ceiling tiles are available in many patterns, colors.
Main be used kitchen, bathroom, entire home, office, toilet, hotel, memorial or landscape garden, architectural centre piece, shopping centre, store, bar, cafe, restaurant, pub, night club, or retail outlet etc Ceiling panels.
These ceiling tiles can be done by DIY(do it yourself).
Installation of PVC Glue up Ceiling Tiles directly over the ceiling
1. Prepare the surface: Wipe off the ceiling or other surface you are installing the tiles over and make it smooth and even. Remove loose plaster, paint, wall paper etc. Draw a chalk line in the middle of the room (preferably through the light fixture electrical box area)
2. Apply the adhesive: Apply any good quality rubber based adhesive (we recommend Contact Cement by DAP (Weldwood Original Formula) to the back of the tile. Let them air untill adhesive solvents evaporates and becomes tacky. Please check the drying time on the pack of the adhesive, usually it is anywhere between 2-5 minutes.
3. Applying the adhesive on the ceiling also will improve bonding and strength. Approximately, 1 gallon of adhesive will be enough to cover 75 tiles or 300 square feet when used on both, the tiles and the ceiling.
4. Place & Press: Place the sheet in the required position and press firmly but gently. Overlap the edges with the previous sheet and press firmly with fingertips. After completing first straight row work your way to the sides.
