This is a licensed plush toy and was repurposed into a chalk bag.
Liberty the pony comes with a black elastic cord and your choice of stopper (small round piece of plastic that cinches the opening of the chalk bag). It has two black loops to attach to a belt or clips. The inner material is white fleece.

This pony is 15 inches (38 cm) tall from fleece opening to nose. It is approximately 6.5 inches (17 cm) wide. It tapers to 5.5 inches (14 cm) near the shoulders. Inside bag depth is approximately 6.5 inches (17 cm). The opening circumference is 13.5 inches (34 cm).
The fleece opening is reinforced with webbing on the inside.
