I'm not sure her actual age, I've seen the exact gal listed as 1920s through 1940s.
I am told she was a : "center-piece for a cigarette ashtray which was a advertisement for the 'Power seal Piston Ring Co.' Individuals would mount to a flat or semi-flat radiator cap and use it on their cars."
Nice vintage condition with very little wear.
