3) After the custom listing is purchased, we will send a high-resolution JPEG or PDF proof within about 2 days for your review. (times can vary from within a few hours, to a few days depending on orders!)

5) You're ready to go! Email them out to guests, print them from home, or at a store!

When we are working with you, PLEASE do not check proofs on your iphone/ipad. We've ran into a number of problems with iphones/ipads changing the colors of the PDFS when viewing on that. Before contacting us about color changes, please view on a computer/laptop.

HOW DOES PRINTING WORK?

Here are a couple questions we are often asked:

1) I'm trying to upload a file but the website doesn't like it. What do I do?
We are happy to send you different file types if you need it. For example some places may not take a PDF but will take a JPG file.

2) Where should I print from?
We've used tons of print places, such as Staples, FedEx/Kinkos, gotprint.com, vistaprint.com, mpix.com and shutterfly.com. You can use a local print store as well, or if you'd like you can print from your home computer. We ALWAYS suggest making a test print first before printing the entire batch, as every printer is going to print colors slightly different..and every computer screen has a different way of showing colors to you as well.

3) Does the type of paper I use matter?
Yes, it can change the color slightly. Most of our items are invitations that you'll likely want to print on a heavy stock- probably 100lb or 110lb. Paper comes in many types- gloss, matte, linen, recycled, etc. Each paper will absorb different amounts of ink, which means they can each change the way that colors look. We never suggest printing on colored paper, as it is going to dramatically change the colors from our design.



Due to the nature of this product, all sales are final and no refunds can be given. The shop is not responsible for any printing errors, so please double-check the sizing, colors, bleed lines, etc.
