no cracks, used but like brand new, GPS, turns on and has no technical issues, unlocked, comes with pink watch band and original charger as well. very well taken care of. UPDATE: i went back and checked and there is 2 tiny tiny top scratches on the upper and lower right side pretty close to the corner on both sides i didn't notice them until just now! that was my mistake i apologize!!.
