top Size small. Comes with the skirt and headband, no crinoline. Pristine condition- worn once to try on but never got the chance to wear it to a convention. Headband was also only worn once. The fabric is high quality and the printed design on the fabric is clean. I'm honestly sad to sell it because it's beautiful but I just don't wear skirts anymore. The skirt retailed at $70 and the headband at $35 because it was limited edition.
