Bright, bright, bright! Neon Madness is what this 80's OP jacket is. Marvelously colorful and eye-catching. It is a pullover style nylon windbreaker with a large front pocket in the middle with snap/velcro closure, and two slip top hand pockets. It is in fantastic condition.
