Lemax Spooky Town Trick Or Treat House 2016 Retired Pre-owned in box w/ light cord and bulb Very good condition. I do not see any major issues. There are quite a few little white specks/ areas where the paint is not solid or rubbed off. I believe this was mostly done in manufacturing. See all photos. I did not show every single imperfection up close. Box is good with some wear mostly to corners. Styrofoam compartment has some discoloration and some wear. Bottom of house has some wear and discoloration. Overall very good condition. Heavy shipment top Will ship USPS Priority.
