This new Nintendo 3ds xl is in top working condition. However it is cosmetically flawed. The original shell looks like someone was making it custom but turned into a bad paint job. However I had bought a protective case and played with it like that. Everything works BEAUTIFULLY. Only problem is the cosmetically flawed shell. Ask questions if need be.
