The title of this painting is "Beginnings and Endings".

This painting is so beautiful. I only used one color and yet look at all the colors coaxed out of that one ink! I then added gold to enhance it. I named this painting Beginnings and Endings because on one side, I see a blossom with it's top petals still twisted closed, getting ready to bloom. On the other side, a blossom in the last stages of life, fully open and beginning to drop it's petals. Interestingly, once it was available for people to see, they saw a beautiful yet stinging kind of insect, such as a hornet.

This one of a kind original abstract alcohol ink is hand painted on Yupo paper and then mounted to a high-quality premier wood panel. The painting is finished with UV protectant and Kamar varnish for extra protection, mounted to the wood panel and finished with a glass-like coat of resin. The sides of the wood panel are finished in a black polyurethane stain.
