No cracks or repairs. There is a chip on the outside of one of the cigarette holder spots. Also, there is vintage wear like scratches and rub marks. The glass also has a white haze that's almost in circles in spots. I've tried to clean it multiple times and they won't come off. Either they cannot be removed or it will need a professional cleaning or other process. The glow pics were taken with a 395nm flashlight. A little less than 3.5” wide and approx 1.5” tall.
