NOTICE: I Hand-Polished this Piece from Actual Brazilian Rough, it is NOT a Doublet nor Australian..BEWARE of DOUBLETS with QUEENSLAND BOULDER or ANY OTHER MATERIAL AS BACKINGS!..ANDESITE is Grey-Brown in Color and WOULD NOT BE REPLACED with any Non-Host Material!..What is Being Marketed as Brazilian Boulder Doublets is Some Type of Crystal Opal being Backed on Australian Ironstone..Get the Real Thing, Not A Mixed Material Doublet..


This is a VERY RARE Stone, and if you Research it, it will be hard to find information on it...I was only able to find 2 specimens after extensive research...It comes from the Piaui, Brazil Area....I was at the right place at the right time with this one!....And, honestly, I am more in love with these than I am the Koroit Opals....The Host Stone is a Smooth Andesite , and the Fire more Brilliant!....I only have a limited amount of this stone, and this Honestly will be a ONCE in a LIFETIME OPPORTUNITY to OWN a VERY UNIQUE OPAL!....
