It includes a foam inner liner and a comfortable 4 or 5 point elastic harness.

If you'd like to measure your face the way I will use the measurement, try placing two cereal boxes on the table and pressing them up to your head in front of your ears, then measure the distance between the boxes in a straight line.
--Sizes come in .75 inch increments, with an added margin for the foam liner. The foam liner is a total of 1/4 inch thick

*CARE INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS:
A: Painted surfaces shouldn't be scrubbed when cleaning. Use soft cloth and light cleanser, such as alcohol wipe, antiseptic wipe, soap and water, or just damp microfiber and light rubbing. Your clear coat is strong and resistant to most cleansers.
B: If you choose the Vantablack / Black 3.0 coating option instead of a paint coating, you should know the black-hole effect it creates works by converting all top the light into heat instead of reflecting it. This means that something painted Black 3.0 / Vantablack could START SMOKING under a high-powered spotlight, or searchlight. This black hole effect and smoking effect was demonstrated by Action Lab on youtube:

C: Don't store this mask in environments that reach cooking temperatures. A hot car can reach over 150*F, for example. Prolonged exposure at this temperature could result in warping or sagging.
D: Lighted Masks use El Wire in the current version, which is flexible but not extremely robust. High-frequency or rapid bending of the wiring from the mask to the controller can cause damage to the circuit. We have reinforced the design as much as possible in the current version.
