Vintage Rhodium Silver Old Victorian Huge Sapphire Blue Glass Filigree Lavalier top 21" Necklace

Beautiful! This piece is handmade with an attached, large sterling silver faceted blue glass stone that is framed top with a feminine filigree design.
I feel certain this piece is composed of rhodium but it might be silver plated.
