Procedure:
* Once order is placed, I will send you a message asking for photos of the person, hair color, eye color and complexion. Other details/ requirements will be communicated by email/conversations on Etsy.
** After every detail confirmed, our artist will start working on the figurine, it will usually take about 14 days to finish and please allow 10-14 days to ship domestic US, longer for international orders.
** If you need the figurine earlier, we can expedite with a fee.
