This is a Kawaii pastel Whale and Cloud fascinator designed and made by me. It is made of a hand sewn plush fleece whale sitting atop a white plush cloud. The piece fastens with either two alligator clips handsewn to the underside, a black sating ribbon wrapped headband, or no fastening for desk decor. top
