Size XS/Extra Small. Please refer to the size chart. Never been used, only mounted the lever on it to try it on. It didn't fit when I got it, and I don't plan to shrink back to that smaller weight class anymore since I have a bigger belt that is already worn in. Still in the original box it top was shipped in.
