Hum... I'm not sure of what this fabulous find is.
Any info of that would be more than welcome ;-)
Seems to me it is something like an energy tester, a power measuring tool or some battery electrical check or charger...
Anyhow, this is a great piece to display and for sure a fun and interesting conversation starter !
Meas. approx. 100mm square at base. Crank rotates perfectly and switch on side works apparently very well although I did NOT get a chance to test the tool.
