Ingredients:
epsom salt
dead sea salt
baking soda
castile soap
100% pure turmeric oil, roman chamomile oil, and premium frankincense oil.

Instructions: Run hot bath water to fully dissolve 4 oz. salts/oils. Wait 30 minutes or until bath is luke-warm before stepping in, soak at least for 20 minutes. Rinse off with fresh water. These can also be used as a scrub in the shower, just take a handful and rub along inflamed joints and muscle aches, let sit to absorb for a few minutes before rinsing. Or, add a handful to your foot bath! The magnesium and oils will still absorb!
