Original acrylic painting of trees on stretched canvas. Part of my "Grounded" series. This series was inspired by my yoga practice and my love of trees. When I go into the forest, I feel a deep sense of peace when near the trees. No matter what is happening with the weather-rain, tornado, hurricane-trees remain grounded and rooted into the earth. This reminds me that I am grounded in my recovery and in God.
